This substantial period property, parts of which are more than 400 years old, is situated in the village of Partney, 2 miles from the market town of Spilsby on the southern edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds.

The Inn has built up a reputation for excellent food and is listed in both the AA Pub Guide and The Good Pub Guide as well as being awarded a gold citation in the Lincolnshire Life “A Taste of Excellence“ awards 2006/07, 2007/08 and 2008/2009. Prices start at £30 pp sharing or £60 per room. There are two double rooms and two twin rooms.
